Swiggy needs to put a lot of effort into improving the app. I find customer service is very poor. Not able to change the picture of dishes since long time. When I send the mail. They just replied that the manu has been updated and close the ticket. While in actual there is no update in menu. Very bad experience. Initially they call frequently because want from us to run the add but when I denied to run ant add. They stopped providing service.

hi Swiggy Team, I would like to bring to your attention a persistent issue I’ve been facing with the Swiggy Partner App. Despite having all the necessary settings enabled (notifications, battery optimization disabled, background data allowed, etc.), I do not receive any notifications, sound alerts, or pop-up messages whenever a new order is received. The only way I come to know about a new order is through a direct call from the customer or upon manually

I do not get a notification on orders. I have changed every setting in my phone, updated the app but it doesn't ring. I have to keep looking at the screen for order notification. Also, Swiggy keeps deducting Swiggy ONE fee for all orders and calls it a part of the contract that we agreed to while registering. And In spite of following all crietria, I barely get orders. Just 1 or 2 in the entire week. How will cloud kitchens sustain?
