New update is absolutely horrible. First of all the interface completely changed and it's very confusing during rush hours because we've been used to the old interface for a long time. Also, you can't view which area the order is from anymore. That's important in small cities because these stats help us grow as a business. We have Medical Colleges and Universities nearby. Also you can't rate the riders anymore. Which means that the quality of the delivery personell will degrade over time.

It's the most troublesome, ridiculous and irritating app that I have ever used. The loud ringer is the most common issue which I am facing too. The app hangs all the time. Sometimes orders don't reflect in the notification because of which I waste lot of time calling the merchant customer care to find out what is the order. That is scary and pathetic. There are so many loop holes in this app. So much access is given to the rider, that he can just take the otp from the merchant and update it as delivered even when the order has been cancelled from the customer's end. The merchant can end up getting charged commission with the end result. Totally disgusted and tired with Zomato and their unprofessional management. They are sure to loose major merchants and customers one day since they don't care about anyone but they want to just grow at any cost.

Hello Zomato team, Please consider bringing back the previous version of the app—it was easier and more user-friendly for tracking orders. Also, there's a bug in the current version: when we are online, the system shows us as offline, while on the customer side it still shows us as online. This is causing confusion and affecting our service.
