Booked movie tickets, got voucher. When tried to redeem at restaurant, they scanned, entered the details and denied the item. When contacted service desk, they told to visit another outlet 10km away. Not helpful. Pros: Anyway movie experience was good. An alternative to BkMySw. Less platform/booking fee. Cons:App doesn't have all theaters/screens listed. Vouchers may not work.

The app initially showed a special offer for booking movie tickets, which looked promising. But after downloading and even inviting friends as required, it just shows “Something went wrong” every time. No option to book tickets is working at all. Feels like a fake promotion just to get downloads. Totally frustrating and a waste of time. Needs serious improvement.

We appreciate your overwhelming response to the District movies Flash Friday offer. There was a huge spike in traffic and we sold 20K+ tickets in that duration. However, our app load time increased for some users and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are really sorry that you could not avail the offer - we hope to serve you again soon.

What's the use of an offer that we can't avail. When I tried to avail the flash friday offer the app kept crashing and even if the app loaded the movie tickets were not getting booked. One of the worst experiences ever. I have wasted 10 minutes of my time, I have been waiting for a long time for this and this proved to be nothing but a marketing stunt. Congratulations on one thing, I am uninstalling this app right away due to this.

This did lead to app slowdowns for some users, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused. We’re working on improving the experience and hope to serve you better next time.
