Once I made payment to wrong restaurant (having same name in other area) and even after giving them proof that I went to other branch of the restaurant and made payment to the other branch, they were not able to get me the refund. You can't call their customer support, only chat option, they only have standard response. They can't answer your queries. Every time they told me that they are trying to verify with the restaurant and could not connect back with them.

Stay away from this horrendous app. The simple step of registering my no. isn't possible. I have reached out through the chat option but it seems like it's only bots and not people who respond. Standard answer is to log out and log back in. Been 48hrs and nothing works for them without the mobile no. being linked, and I'm unable to do so. I love their response of 'we'll ensure this issue isn't repeated' but I'm not sure they understand English and what 'repeated' really means Pathetic..

The customer service and their team looking after complaints is absolutely the worst. If you run into any problem with pertainance to the bill or payment, they certainly won't help you out. They will keep you hanging in the loop regarding the matter until you've given up about the issue. Please be a bit careful while using this app and certainly at your own risk. Also, call and check up the restaurant before booking whether they accept the dineout bookings or not. Thank you.
