I keep getting ads regarding the snacc app in various applications like games etc so I downloaded the app to see the offers and order something but after entering my address it says we are still expanding coming to your neighbourhood soon even after that I still see the ads if ur still not available at most location then don't advertise it as well it's so annoying.

The app is great, but something very insensitive happened today. My order was delivered by Jogendra, who reached on time and tried calling me multiple times via the Swiggy dialer, but I got no calls. I found him downstairs, waiting patiently in this horrible humid heat. It was a dialer error, not his fault. He still waited, even though the order was prepaid. I couldn’t find an option to tip him afterward. Swiggy should compensate him, he truly deserves it for his honesty and patience.

ordered food, an item was not available yet shown in app, they asked to pick a replacement, was ok with that, then while delivery I was asked to pay double the amount of item price and not only that, but they didn't refund the money for the replaced item instead asked me to pay bill for item that I was not even receiving, horrible customer service because they could not even understand the issue.
