KFC India online ordering app

This is the fraudulent app given by the company itself. When I placed the order it didn't ask for any location name, only the payment mode. And the app detected the money from the account. But order was not placed. I didn't receive any message regarding the order delivery time location and not even the order number. only the message from the bank account regarding the money debited. when I tried to reach the customer care the no shows invalid and the app also fake it seems. Check twice always.

The worstest app I have ever used. None of the other food delivery or grocery apps never used to be this much irresponsible and worst. We ordered by 8:30, and the order haven't received by 11:30pm, despite multiple calls we made to kfc. and the delivery person was not picking the call also. and we were supposed to cancel the order, as we were waiting for 2 hrs and didn't had dinner yet. and they were telling multiple times that order will be received in 10 minutes. Such multiple 10 minutes.

Pathetic app providing a bad user experience. No option to cancel or report that the food is not delivered. It keeps showing that the food will be delivered soon without any real time updates of what's happening. My order which was placed at 7:30 PM was not delivered till 11 PM. Trying to reach the delivery boy, nobody picks up. Trying to reach customer care, someone answers after waiting for 10 minutes and just disconnects. I didn't get food and no refund as well. Stay away from this app.
