This app is really clunky and I can see jitters even at 120 Hz! As for UX, the Transaction History page needs significant improvements: 1) It should show the full transaction details when a transaction is opened without requiring me to tap on "View Details." 2) Retain the case (upper/lowercase) of the merchant's name. For instance, if a merchant is called "ABC Toys," don't show it as "Abc Toys." Additionally, search results should also use transaction notes as a search criteria.

The worst part isn't just that the app doesn't work — it's that there's absolutely no support or response from the team. The app shows a message saying "We've hit a snag in the digital realm. Please reinstall the app from Google Play Store," but reinstalling changes nothing. My bill is due in 2 days and I’m completely locked out. This kind of negligence and silence from customer support is unacceptable for a financial service. I'm forced to close my credit card due to this pathetic experience.

Tested UPI transfers and got real cashback (₹2 + ₹1) instantly—no gimmicks, no “points,” just cash straight to bank. That’s rare and appreciated. App is clean and easy to use, but hangs sometimes and needs a restart. Would love to see support for bill payments and more cashback options beyond mobile recharges. But so far, it’s delivering what others only promise. Keep it real, Flipkart.
