Disappointed with order tracking functionality I’ve been increasingly frustrated with the app’s ability to track my orders—especially from Amazon. Initially, it missed tracking about 5 out of every 10 orders, but lately, none of my 3–4 recent orders were tracked at all. This inconsistency is concerning and makes me question whether it’s a deliberate move to avoid reflecting affiliate commissions. Hoping for more transparency and improved performance in future updates.

Hi Sarthak! Sometimes, when certain TnCs are unmet, it may not track automatically. In case of Amazon, this is mainly when your products are added in your cart before visiting via CashKaro. Please reach out to our customer support via Chats/Calls, and we will get it checked why your orders are not tracking automatically and fix the same for you.

earlier, this app was really good. But now, when i have ordered a costly product, my cashback from flipkart is getting delayed by 1 month, and now i think it is not going to be credited anymore. I lost my trust in them as there is no way to connect with them. when i am dialing their number, the call is disconnecting immediately. so now this app is going to be a waste of time and money.

it was not great, now I am deleting. I have been using this app because it mentioned that people will get cashback 1. cashback is a gift card or Amazon pay balance. 2. it's too lesss you can do anything. 3. very late. 4. if you spent 4x money then you get 2 to 3 rupees. 5. The process is not accurate. 6. They don't calculate all the shopping.7. it shows paid but in actual its not 8. just a memory taker nothing else.
