Worst app ever! Period! The registration doesn't work on wifi, which is stupid. For the last three/four days I'm getting error message saying "unexpected state! Your request couldn't be processed due to technical error.Please try later". A simple app for UPI doesn't work, and they expect us to trust them with lakhs and crores of our money in their hands! Also even the staff at the bank has no clue on how to properly use the app or register etc. Absolutely useless

There was a message to upgrade the app. Upgrade option was not available in Google Stores and therefore I went through re-installation. It requires registration as well. Registration is failing due to technical error at Bank end. Program continues for past three days. Their installation process itself has also been tedious process, as registration cannot be done on wi-fi. You have to use data network only, which now a days is poor.

The UI/UX is okayish but the scrolling and sliding transitions are so laggy. I think that's because it's not properly optimized for Android. I suggest that the app be made with native Android technologies, Kotlin and JetPack Compose rather than using a cross platform framework. And that light mode burns my eyes every time so please consider adding dark mode in future releases.
