Not able to login. It shows that "Authentication failed because the SMS has not reached the server". I connected with customer support, they told me to keep talktime balance of more than ₹10 in your registered SIM. I did the same, but the app is still showing the same error. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible 🙏🏻. Very disappointed with this app. 😔

Nothing works properly in the app. And trust me, NOTHING. 1: It keeps logging you out automatically every minute. 2: Any form submission process is pathetic. It says "upload documents" but their server isn't designed to actually upload any document. 3. Every time you want to view your recent transactions, it shows blank page. Your actual (offline) bank structure is heavily messed up. At least make online access easier. You're not doing any favour on us by keeping our money in your bank!

The app was working satisfactorily before ,but now after latest update 1.0.44. It's WORST. The app takes all my login credentials then states authentication failed despite login in correctly. 2nd time it takes details & app closes or crashes abruptly, despite trying several times. Then I tried reinstalling app but the same status. It seems bad optimization of the app.
