First of all, look at all the bad reviews and how the developers and BOB have not responded. This is a stupid app. It does not work if it does not detect a sim card in the tray. If by some miracle you manage to create a profile, forget about accessing it elsewhere. The app is tied to the original phone you registered on, should you phone fail or get lost/stolen, you need to go to the 1 of 2 banks to deactivate the entire app from the old phone so you can use it on the new one.

Unable to open it, it asking to update and when tried to update it is going back. Worse app, using from Botswana. Tried to call the bank in their land line and they are not picking. Worse service. Editing 3 months after my previous comment above... Still waiting for assistance from the Bank... They are not even picking our calls.. Went inside the bank and made a call to the same number, I was shocked to see those 2 receptionists who were chatting while the phone was ringing in a low volume 👎👎

The app frequently fails to function properly, often requiring us to uninstall and reinstall it. However, even this solution is not always effective. I believe the IT department from BOB should reassess their approach to ensure a higher level of professionalism and commitment. Using this app has become increasingly frustrating..
