This is worst application ever of Bank of Baroda. It gets crushed anytime. Neither there is any support from customer care number nor is there any response of email. At the time of payment it doesn't work. Re-registration process is extremely worst and hectic. It demands continuous efforts for registering till 4-5 days and that too several times a day. Extremely worst application. Never rely on it.

Very pathetic service. 10 days back I tried to pay via the app but I couldn't because there was a wallet issue so I thought it must be a glitch and then I tried several times but still it showed the same so I deactivated my account and now I'm trying to register on the app again, I'm going till the "recover your wallet" page and when I'm clicking on "recover with pin" the app gets closed on it's own again and again and I've tried several times in this last one week but the same issue persists.

Getting error "User does not exist" after entering 6 digit pin create option. As advised by mail from developer, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now all the steps in registration went smoothly and completed without any issue. Thanks ... 6Jul2025 Now when I try to open the app... it shows.. Account Blocked... I have a balance of eā¹100.01
