This is Really the time for Paytm to release a lighter version of its app but that has just the basic payments feature. The app works very slow. Paytm gained its customers at a time when paying through Paytm was very convenient. Now each payment takes more than a minute or two, which is too long a time compared to other payment modes. They should separate the basic payments feature and the other buying features from the app. If that is not viable, the app should be made to work faster. Otherwise

They resolved my issue regarding account deactivation after following up—so I’m updating the stars. Still, the app flow could be improved so we get accurate errors like "account frozen" instead of getting lost in an unknown rabbit hole. The recent update was frustrating. Suddenly, it asked for "p_zip" and redirected me to my profile, but there was no option to upload any documents. Due to this bug, I was unable to file for an IPO. There's currently no facility to upload docs at all.

Very disappointed with my experience on PayTM. I'm unable to make any payments, remove my UPI-linked account, or even log in using a different number to restart my wallet. Every time I try, it shows a "technical error" and this issue has persisted for a while now. What's more confusing is that my friend can use his PayTM account on the same device without any issues, so the problem clearly seems to be with my account specifically. I've tried everything I could, but nothing works - and there's
