Pathetic is an understatement. While it's great that they've opened 5 stores in Chennai, the service and ease of using app is terrible. Everytime the order is place and order completed, we'll have to get in touch with the customer service to mark the order as 'completed' to get the level moved to the next step. Each of the time spending 15 to 20 minutes to get this addressed. Their email support is non existential. Pay money and get harassed.

Edit: I checked and the issue has been fixed. Kudos to the dev team for prompt resolution. Thank you! The app has become unusable since last 2 weeks. Each time I try adding any item to cart, I'm met with the prompt: "Cart items are updated based on the currently selected store" I have tried clearing the cache, force stopping the app, reinstalling till now. Nothing worked. Resultantly, I'm forced to visit the store to place an order.

very glitchy app. Logging in after update was a big challenge. It kept asking me to update info then telling me I already had an account and that I should log out and log back in again. Same thing 3-4 times. I finally got in but I don't know how. Then when you finish charging, it needs an OTP to complete the payment, and won't release the charger until you do. Why is another otp required? what if signal is bad? better to authorise payment before charging starts like other charging apps
