Unfortunately there is no option to provide zero rating. I am forced to use this app to order food/purchase food items at work place. Their simple agenda is to make money by selling user data to third party companies. There is no additional service that is provided ex swiggy, food panda which delivers food (but charge a minimal fee). And users who are thinking of installing the app please think twice and please go though other user reviews.

Not sure what idea they put behind this and why it is adapted by IT companies where employees have been ending up paying extra to third party. First, due to this app, Vendor increased the price in cafeteria for all items as they have to pay to app. Secondly, once you order any item and go to counter, you will find that item went out of stock. No refunds from counter if you pick some other item with less value. App doesn't show if any item went out of stock. If no network, then stay hungary.

Not able to add Sodexo card. Option not clickable. bad ui experience, and if there is an app where we order food, why is there any need of again showing it at a counter to get paper ticket to get food.?? in case you dont realise, the app is to make it easier and faster for us to order and get food, not the other way around as it does now!!!!!
