Can you stop the bloody game reloading every time I switch to another app? Twice now, I've tried to make in-game purchases using another app instead of my card, and the money has been deducted without coins being credited to me. What would you call that? I've been playing for a long time, and paid you lots of money in purchases, and I really like the game. But if it keeps reloading all the time, and freezing half the time, I'll have to uninstall.

much better when playable on Netflix. Since Netflix removed the game the graphics have become glitchy. Full-on characters just appear as white silhouettes. The puzzle graphics have this translucent square around them. The number of selections you get in the story part of the game has drastically reduced. Now it's usually one option that you have to select in side quest puzzles. the main story has become more about recipe ingredient selections instead, not decorations. Wasn't worth starting over

I really love this game. It's cute, fun, and a great time eater. The powerups are numerous and I haven't felt pressured to spend cash! However...The slowdown/lag is horrible. I am not sure what is causing it. I will click a block and it hangs before registering, sometimes causing me to misclick as I figured the first one didn't register. Art (like the chest rewards) doesn't load and just shows a blank box. When going to decorate the condo, all I see is a black screen. Hopefully is fixed soon!
