Game stopped working again a few days ago. I can't access any of the game buttons - Plaza, VIP, timed events, store, even the game settings (so no way to exit either!). The only thing I can do is play levels. I've tried all the usual fixes like clearing cache and force stopping, no luck.

something's not working with the app. before I updated a couple of days ago the game stopped loading. I updated, that didn't help, it still would not load. I tried the usual force stop, empty cache, restart phone, still no loading so I uninstalled and reloaded. loaded then, but now I can't access Arendelle Plaza, or any other games buttons. any ideas?

The app stopped working, it's been two days. You cannot use the in app customer service because the app will not open. I do not want to uninstall and lose game progress like Ida (user with similar issue) did.
