About this ebook

Death is a taboo in most societies in the world. But what if we have got this completely wrong? What if death was not the catastrophe it is made out to be but an essential aspect of life, rife with spiritual possibilities for transcendence? For the first time, someone is saying just that.

In this unique treatise-like exposition, Sadhguru dwells extensively upon his inner experience as he expounds on the more profound aspects of death that are rarely spoken about. From a practical standpoint, he elaborates on what preparations one can make for one's death, how best we can assist someone who is dying and how we can continue to support their journey even after death.

Whether a believer or not, a devotee or an agnostic, an accomplished seeker or a simpleton, this is truly a book for all those who shall die!

Mind boggling perspective on one of the least explored topics of all times "DEATH". In his words, "Ideally, I would like to teach people how to live blissfully every moment of their life but as I am getting older, I am realising that it is taking a lot of time and effort. So I want to at least teach them how to die well." You will find answers to the burning questions that arise when you face death of someone dear to you. You need not believe them but you can get a completely different perspective, because no one else talks about this taboo topic the way Sadhguru does. As he himself said, this is raw truth without any diplomacy. Not for the faint hearted. Definitely not for those who think modern science is the only science and everything else is pseudo science. If you accept things that you don't know as you don't know, you can definitely read this book to understand the most important part of life i.e DEATH which is inevitable, whoever you are. Almost all aspects of death are covered and most importantly, all your fears of death will go away and you will understand why it is important to die in a certain way.

Such an eye opening book! A book for all those who are genuinely seeking something far beyond their understanding about life and death. About the ways of total dissolution of this human body.
