Mobile Diagnostics app that helps assessing the functional condition of a phone.
Rabbit Exchange helps to evaluate the functional condition of a user's phone to be sold to the trade-in partner(Amazon), in exchange for a new phone.

Here's how the process works-

1. The App is to be downloaded and installed on the same phone for which the exchange order is placed by the user on the trade-in partner's(Amazon) platform.

2.Post installation of the app, the user needs to enter the 6 digit unique code to run the application provided by the partner’s delivery agent.

3. After the unique code has been entered, the user needs to run the listed diagnostic tests on his phone, after granting the necessary app permissions to get started.

3. Once all listed tests are completed, an Exchange Reference Code(Success/Failure Code) will be generated on the app's last screen that indicates the completion of the evaluation process.

4. The partner’s delivery agent will scan the Exchange Reference Code from his phone in the partner’s platform, and will see the status to pick up the device or to not pick up the device.

5. User needs to hand-over the old phone after resetting it to the delivery agent.

The app is just a way to scam more money from people. I used this for amazon exchange and even though the results were all clear, the delivery guy called 2 small dots on the panel as 'Dents' . The app asked me to pay 10000 more, which I ofcourse denied. He then called his customer care n after that the amount to be paid came down to 7600 and on denying that to 3700! Amazon needs to stop using this terrible exchange partner or stop the exchange policy altogether. Absolute scammers.

This app is the worst! It's a scam done by Amazon. Even after giving the correct IMEI number and hood conditions phone but Rabbit Many Problem my phone for the exchange, the error appears in the app If you still want the phone, you are forced to pay the full amount. They tempt you to buy the phone at a discounted rate, but once it reaches your doorstep, they refuse to accept the exchange. You are left with only two options: either cancel the order or pay the full amount. It's really disgusting.

Worst app. Not able to exchange my phone due to technicals glitch. Order for cancelled. Reordered the phone but same issue. The support team is even worst. Wrote to them but they didnt even bother to reply. Would recommend not to use Amazon mobile exchange as your phone will not be exchanged without this app and this app has a low of bugs and glitches so they ask for paying the money which is a biggest scam. And one more thing, Amazon customer care executive are clueless about the solution.
