OTP does not come through. It is strange that many people report the same fault yet it continues to be problematic. Is the OTP manually sent by the account managers who has admin access?? I don't think so, unless you say it is... It will be a pathetic automation you would have. Thanks team - OTP came through instantly today.

Signed in with OTP etc but after that the app seems to be unable to load any information at all other than saying "welcome to prestige". None of the tabs load with information. So would be a zero rating if I could give that.
