Horrible internet shop! I've ordered 2 plastic figures for my kids, but received only one, another was not in the parcel! It's extremely disappointed experience, the price for this small piece of the cheap plastic was too high, but I've received only 50%of my order.

totally worthless. Purposefully giving wrong info about delivery times, then making it impossible to track the order without their app. When you actually download it it turns out that you still can't track it. Reply: Seriously? you mean I should talk to your customer care to just track my order? This answer says a lot Reply 2: it is not true that you send tracking updates to the email. What you send is the link to download your app. Once you download it you still have no access to the tracking.

I didn't want to give it any stars but I need to in order to write this message. If you're in the UK forget this company, go to eBay or Amazon, they may cost a bit more but you don't need to wait 2 months for your order. I'll never buy from this company again! I'm still waiting for this company from lord knows where, to actually despatch my order, it's hard to cancel too!
