Worst service ever. I've ordered drone frame a month ago and it's still in processing. Every week they just postpone the delivery date. The delivery date further extended to 20th August. Are you kidding me. That will be more than 2 mnths. Now that I want to cancel my order and want full refund, because of your insufficiency to deliver the product, I can't sign in to cancel the order. Atlease you guys can help me out with this.

I liked the products sold on this site as well as the price tag. I had used it multiple times for buying some unique products. But their international delivery system is not good. Especially they do not have control on last mile deliveries. I got my parcel after 10 days of complaing as missing. It was given to a guest on door and marked as delivered. No verification of the person was carried out. Surprisingly Banggood also raised their hands. No proof available. Banggood must improve on it.

One star is for the products they provide but to the service they provide. They just make you to wait and don't provide any details of the product and ask you to wait till delivery of product and last they mark their service by default as 5star and don't give you an option to rate their service. Worst customer service I have ever seen better order from any other app. They will take longer time to deliver and don't even provide the tracking status to you
