I'm extremely disappointed with the new banking app from IOB Connect. I've been trying to log in for 5 days, and it's been a frustrating experience. The app has a major issue with the login system, which is unacceptable for a banking app. The OTP system is flawed, with a limit of 3 SMS attempts per day. When I try to enter the OTP, there's a gap between seeing the OTP and typing it, and the app logs me out. Even using split screen didn't w

The new version of app is not working at all. After sending the SIM verification OTP, the app automatically closes. When I reopen the app, it again asks for verification, sends the OTP, and then the app closes again. At one point, the app displays 'maximum requests exceeded.' The older version was working without any issue.. Please revert back to older version... Edit : Issue didn't get resolved by clearing cache or data.. App closes during flash msg from service provider. It's a bug

Check for App Updates Go to Google Play Store or App Store Search the app If an update for "IOB Connect - Mobile Banking" is available, install it Sometimes such crashes are fixed in recent updates.

Worst experience with the new IOB Connect app. Fund transfer is disabled by default and cannot be enabled. The debit card option times out, and the Aadhaar option sends OTP only once—after that, it throws an error or no OTP is received. Biometric login works only after multiple attempts. It feels like the app was not properly tested. The new website is also slow and has login issues.
