i have been loving the offline Max stores and this was my first experience with the app and it is really very sad to see the state it is in. Firstly, you cannot track the order whatsoever. The most it can show is 'processing', for a week. And then it magically cancels your order and does not even bother to inform you on a mail or message. You come to know when you call on their helpline. And then your money goes into processing which is a never-ending process. I am really disappointed.

Very bad service. I have always been a fan of max fashion n always recommended it to my friends. Since past 8 years, I always shopped from max 99% of times. But I'm thoroughly disappointed with the app. You will rarely get your complete order delivered. They always cancel some of your items. I think I will have to look for other options for shopping now. Very disappointed.

Pathetic experience, will never buy from them! Payment got stuck three times and still not refunded from them. Been almost a week. Thier deliver agents are too rude. They behave very badly. They called me multiple times while I was coming to them for return of product. Then they seem to be calling the wrong location, they were somewhere else. Will never buy from their stores too!
