Really disappointed with this app. I placed multiple orders before the end of July and now it's August, but nothing has been shipped. I keep getting the same message about logistical issues. There's no proper customer support, just one email and barely any help. One item that was important to me got cancelled three times by them even after I followed up and they assured me it would be delivered. I even asked them to call me, but no response. It’s been weeks and nothing. Wouldn’t recommend based

Update 4th Aug'25: The collection is awesome. I enjoy shopping from Savana. However, I still face the same issue with filters when I go into an offer page. When all the filter options appear on the same page, it doesn't allow us to scroll down to click on apply. There is still no option to use the filter in some pages. Old comment: The filters doesn't work at times. Especially while selecting from an offer page.

Honestly, the delivery time was way too long — waiting that much for a dress is annoying. But I’ll admit, the dress itself was really nice. Good quality and looks great. Just wish they cared as much about shipping as they do about the product. It has been a month since I ordered, and it is still undelivered. And also the customer care number does not work. Ridiculous..
