KFC India online ordering app

one of the worst applications i have come across. I have placed the order and selected UPI as a payment option. The moment I switched the APP to complete the payment, the page got blank. The amount was deducted but the order was not placed, also there is no convenient way to connect. Pathetic, do not know when I will receive the deducted amount.

This is the fraudulent app given by the company itself. When I placed the order it didn't ask for any location name, only the payment mode. And the app detected the money from the account. But order was not placed. I didn't receive any message regarding the order delivery time location and not even the order number. only the message from the bank account regarding the money debited. when I tried to reach the customer care the no shows invalid and the app also fake it seems. Check twice always.

The worstest app I have ever used. None of the other food delivery or grocery apps never used to be this much irresponsible and worst. We ordered by 8:30, and the order haven't received by 11:30pm, despite multiple calls we made to kfc. and the delivery person was not picking the call also. and we were supposed to cancel the order, as we were waiting for 2 hrs and didn't had dinner yet. and they were telling multiple times that order will be received in 10 minutes. Such multiple 10 minutes.
