William Godwin

William Godwin was an English writer, philosopher, and political activist during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. He is best known for his radical political views and his influential work "An Enquiry Concerning Political Justice." Godwin's personal life was also notable for his relationships with Mary Wollstonecraft and Percy Bysshe Shelley, as well as his daughter, Mary Shelley, who went on to write the classic novel "Frankenstein."
