I really don’t like how much of a doormat this MC is. You haven’t seen your husband for 8 years, he had several mistresses that knew about you, but he was in love with you the whole time. He was just too embarrassed that he didn’t consummate the marriage on their wedding night cause he was too drugged out to do so. (Even called her another woman’s name when she tried to take care of him). “That makes sense,” she says. In what world lol. I wanted to throw him down a flight of stairs. Hated this love interest.
