Though the book is nice, it doesn't gives you any important tips it's very usual and basic... I feel these 10 things are quiet common in most of the houses especially our parents but not all of them are highly successful. In this era of unhealthy lifestyle it could be a good book to simple have a basic idea of a healthy morning routine. But if you are someone who wants keep information knowledge and logic then this book is not for you. 💜

This is a really great way to get your motivation going if you are in a time crunch. The conciseness of the book is amazing. It doesn't beat around the bush and cuts straight to the point. I read it in like 5 minutes max. I really recommend it to someone who needs a small pep talk to get things going.

while I do like the idea behind this book, I would have liked to have more examples for each chapter. Each point only has one example of a person, whereas more examples to make a point I feel would have been nicer. It is a short read, but really too short!
