Praise be to Allah, who created humans in the best form, subjected to them what is in the heavens and the earth to develop and benefit from its bounties, and placed in the plants of the earth healing for their ailments and remedies for their diseases. Peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, the healer of hearts and bodies, who guided us to what is good for our religion and our worldly life, and enlightened our vision and hearts. 

As for what follows, 

Health is a great blessing from Allah Almighty, a crown on the heads of the healthy that only the sick can see. To preserve this blessing, it is essential for us to understand the diseases that may afflict our bodies, their causes, symptoms, treatments, and how to prevent them. This is what motivated us to write this book, which we hope will be a useful reference for anyone seeking health and well-being.

Contents of the Book: 

In this book, we have strived to provide comprehensive and clear information about a range of common diseases that affect the human body, to facilitate understanding and dealing with them. Given the vast and varied nature of diseases, we have divided the book into two parts. The first part contains seven main chapters, each addressing diseases related to a specific body system, to make the information accessible and easy to understand for the reader.

1. Chapter One: Skin Diseases. 

2. Chapter Two: Head Diseases. 

3. Chapter Three: Eye Diseases. 

4. Chapter Four: Respiratory System Diseases. 

5. Chapter Five: Digestive System Diseases. 

6. Chapter Six: Cardiovascular Diseases. 

7. Chapter Seven: Kidney and Urinary Tract Diseases.

In each chapter of the book, we have provided simplified and clear information about each disease, including: 

- Definition of the Disease: A simple explanation to help the reader understand its nature. 

- Causes of the Disease: Mentioning the factors that lead to the disease. 

- Symptoms of the Disease: Clarifying the signs that indicate the presence of the disease.
