A journal for anyone who has learnt the Ashtang (eight-limbs of) Yoga, and would now wish to make them a part of their own life.


In the first section of the journal, you're expected to fill what your own definition for each of the principles in the eight limbs is.


In the rest of the journal, the pages are to be used as a daily planner, where at the end of each day, you check-in with yourself about each of the limbs and whether you were able to adopt them into your life.
