I have used a lot of meditation apps over the last 2 years. But even after regular practice I felt I was still a beginner who wasn't "getting it". Then I found Serenity on the app store. I really like the fact that the bite-sized practices build upon the day before's in a slow and systematic manner. I feel a lot of other apps lack this as they try to show you a variety of techniques in the free sessions and this ends up failing the whole purpose. Thank you for the guidance!

Soothing yet empowering! The guide's voice is easy to listen to and 10 minutes seem to fly by. There is quite a bit offered in the free version, but I like this app so much, I plan to upgrade and support the developers. We need more peace and helpful tools in the world. In just a few weeks, I've noticed my anxiety dwindling and depression lifted. If I'm stressed during the work day, I "return to the breath." I've tried meditation before, but this is what I needed to be consistent.

It's a really great app! It has a user friendly interface, with different lessons and daily meditation options. However, I don't like the idea of having to download each audio sessions, I have poor network and it usually takes a lot of time which make me lose interest. I really hope it can be sorted out. Thanks though for approving my request for free access to the premium version🙏
