Rigged, I've played this game long enough now to know that the game play isn't realistic, constant losing streaks of 10 plus games. Suspicious actions from opponents, picking up and throwing away the same card and then winning the game. Just doesn't happen when playing for real and if it does, it's certainly not game after game.

Thanks for your feedback.Gin Rummy Plus is an online synchronous multiplayer game which plays by real players all around the world, there are no computer (bot) players in the game. One standard deck of 52 cards is used in the game and it uses Random Number Generator(RNG) which ideally leads to random cards for each game hands. Have a great day!

final edit. i have requested my bank to cancel the transaction. the only response this company gives of what you see here. i have done as they asked multiple times. edit- fun solo game, but don't buy the option for private play with friends. it doesn't work and they won't support you in trying. i paid 24.99 for private play and they ignore requests for help when it doesn't work. lots of others with same complaint online. scam! 2 weeks with no response to ask for help in app and by email.

What a joke. I was only on level 3, a beginner, and they blocked all the rooms except for the experts. Very high dollar rooms! I contacted them several times with no response. I am uninstalling! There are really fun gin rummy games out there! Don't waste your time on this one!!
