purchased the game for no ads so my child could play, got charged $3.23 and it still has ads. how do i get my money back or do i file a dispute for false advertisement.

I LIKE MURDERIN OTHER CREATURES WITH MY SUPER NATURAL POWERS. but the icons for some of the powers look weird, and when you get them is weird to, but still, it's good.
