I hate botim. So annoying. Too many ads. Screen looks messy because of those ads. Won't get the notification of call until I open and see it. The call won't disconnect until I force close the app. Sometimes I can't receive the calls. No missed call alerts. I have no other option, the person I want to use it with is too lazy to find another app, and so I have kept it.

For a paid App in UAE, it should work a lot better than anything else. Video quality is not that great, can't switch from voice call to video call, other person can't hear us if the phone is locked or if the screen is off. Also, they can't hear us, if we are running the app in background with the screen on. Too many ads. Needs some crucial improvements. Phone model OnePlus 6

After the update, my botim application ringtone is running very, very low, not audible. So, Rectify this issue as soon as possible. Let me also bring into your notice that I cleared the cache , cookies, data and uninstalled and reinstalled the botim application. But it's still the same problem. Ringing very, very low. Not only me all my family members are facing the same issue since we updated your latest version.
