Using the app for Tapo C211. Works like a charm- most of the time. Layout & UI is well thought out. At times the camera feed gets stuck as if it's a 5fps footage even when it's running at 25fps. Wifi runs at 100Mbps with a strong signal for devices. Tried switching to 720p and the issue persists. Once the power outage occurs, the camera restarts but the app doesn't connect at all. When it works it works well. Not sure if its camera issue or app issue. And its Day 2 of purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's a waste of money. After the purchase, after six months, I observed picture quality and connectivity issues, so I didn't complain. I used it now for one year and three months, and the picture quality is totally corrupted. Now the camera malfunctions and there is no technical team for troubleshooting and no repair option after the warranty expires. Then why should we buy it, just for one-time use, like use and throw.

I have 3 Tapo cameras. I am quite fond of the camera and its functionalities. I believe it would be beneficial to include a feature that allows me to monitor the duration and frequency of access when someone is using my camera through the shared feature. Additionally, a scheduling option for privacy mode would be a welcome addition too. Overall, a great experience.
