One of the worst customer care experiences. There is no proper way to contact them. They only respond to queries that match the limited options provided, and there's no way to raise a query outside of those. When I tried contacting them through online customer care, they simply asked me to raise a complaint through the designated app. But even in the app, they just say we’ll call you shortly,” and no one calls even after waiting for more than an hour. This is a very poor and frustrating customer

I'm working as a delivery partner with Porter, and honestly, the experience has been very disappointing. For deliveries that pay only ₹50, sometimes the pickup location is 5 km away. This is a major drawback, as we spend fuel and time just reaching the pickup point. Additionally, many times after reaching the customer location, the customer cancels the order. In such cases, we don’t get even a single rupee, despite traveling 3-5 km. This is a complete waste of our time and money.

The problem with Porter app orders is that we don’t know what the items are. Please include this information in the next update. Some items cannot be transported on a bike — I use an R15 bike. Many times, I reach the pickup location only to find I have to cancel the order. So please try to introduce options like voice notes or item descriptions
