fun game if you like merge games but their customer service is terrible. I don't usually pay to play online games but I actually spent money to complete a task in a certain time frame. Once I completed the task it showed completed then reverted back to the start. I reached out asking for a refund or at least the equivalent to the awards I should have received. Instead they let me know if was a known issue (meaning I'm not the only one who was affected) and they aren't issuing refunds.

Has a lot of potential. If you've never played a merge game like this (I hadn't), once you get the hang of it, it's fun! Problem is, your 'energy' is the number of taps you have & it takes A LOT of taps to merge items up to what you need to serve customers. It takes A LONG time to refill, unless you spend a bunch of money. I do purchase in-app on the other games, but the amount of energy vs. the price here isn't good. $6 for 200 taps? I'm done in a matter of minutes. Begrudgingly I uninstalled.

great game except nearly every ad freezes up the game and needs to be restarted!!!! I've lost SO MANY rewards from trying to watch an ad that just spins and spins and spins!!! ugh!!!!!!!!!!! Edit: Contacted support. They said they're working on a fix but with no date set yet. Still having the problem today too.
