Ark Help me. I have re-install the game few times, Clear the cache. After downloading my data from cloud, the Game seems to crash. It is quite frustrating, I was beginning to think to purchase Scorched Earth. This is the second time I am facing this issue. I don't want to restart all my progress. Tell me what to do...I have also raised a ticket

The game is crashing frequently, especially when saving progress, and it also closes automatically after 4–5 minutes of gameplay. All my progress gets reset each time. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the issue still persists. Please look into this and fix the issue as soon as possible. i am not able to play currently uninstalling the will install once I get the new update.

Update: February 27th I'm finally able to play again. They fixed the "restore purchase" issue. I was beginning to lose hope in this game. Be sure to make your issues known players. It definitely helps and goes a long way. I just hope that the fix is permanent and no more purchase issues/ errors come up. I find this version better than Ark Survival Evolved. This version also gets events before Ascended. I'm hoping that my wife and I will enjoy playing this for years to come.
