Horrible experience... I placed an order on 6.12 PM. It was showing 40 minutes delivery. Then due to some glitch in your app the order got changed from online payment to cash on delivery. I raised a query and even without asking me your team put the order on hold. I got a call regarding this at 7.10. When the online payment was done the order value was suddenly increased by 7 dhs. Order was released at 7.20 and it is 8, I am still waiting for the order. It would have been easier to get it myself

After the order gets confirmed some prices change,sometimes dramatically (I'm not taking about fruits/vegetables,that are by weight).This is really not nice,if u acpect to pay certain amount and in the end it's a lot different.Plus there is no way no cancel the order or delete that item, only throughCS.But the delivery comes anyway,even it canceled on the App!Disappointed, do NOT recommend this App! Edit: Still The worst customer service ever.The guy just closed the line,cos he doesn't speak Eng

possibly the worst app I've ever used in my life. never have i opened Instashop to buy something and had a smooth interaction with the app. Unclear error messages, a lot of bugs and technical issues, delayed orders and orders getting cancelled 2 hours after the purchase was made, i think the best thing Delivery Hero can do to reserve is reputation is to shut down this project. Honestly surprised they've been in business for 10 years.
