They changed how to manually add package tracking, so the app has become much less user friendly and functional. Put it back in an easier place to access. A little plus sign next to the orders already being tracked or something. Also, why take away dark mode? I used it for the longest time, and now there's no option at all, and everything is extremely white.

Getting worse. I think the overall experience is getting worse in regards to identifying and tracking orders. Biggest complaint would be that even though your Amazon account is linked, you can't track it via the app. It only links you to the order, and not the tracking itself. Once it's delivered, you then have to go archive the order. edit 6/9/25: no, that's completely incorrect. There's a disconnect. It's a pointless feature to link to Amazon if it doesn't pull the tracking.

Hi Phillip! If you're not seeing updates in the app, there is a good chance that the tracking details have yet to be scanned in by the carrier or there are no updates to share with you at this time. Shipping and fulfillment is managed entirely by the business you'd purchased from and we strongly recommend reaching out to them for more information!

Even after updating, this app keeps throwing a pop up saying "there's an issue on our end. we're trying to fix it, try using other parts of the app." but no part of the app works except browsing.. It's basically useless. Zero tracking updates after a week waiting for my orders. and one of which just says "partially delivered" but shows the only part delivered is the extra fee I paid for security of my delivery.. whatever that means, now I feel like I've been robbed of my money and I'm pissed.
