The game is played in 3 ages, representing the players' progress over time. When the last card of the last age is played, the player with the most victory points wins the game. Unless a player can achieve scientific or military supremacy during the game. In this case, the player wins immediately.

Amazing recreation! The only problem is online play. Haven't been able to have a single online game yet. Maybe it would be good to add an indicator of the amount of online players so we have a rough idea of queue times. Edit: online play doesn't work when I tru to play against a friend. The game fails halfway through. Should implement it with hosting + joining game like exploding kittens. Alsl local network play doesn't always work (should also have the option to host or join session)

This game is not functional for online multiplayer. Both friends must be online at the exact same time to start a match. Matches frequently accidentally end too early because the turn timer is too short and has no adjustment. No option for asynchronous play like other similar games. The developer has not even put in the work to make sure the game functions on a tablet, it is "unavailable" for tablets in the app store. Expected way more for a paid game (and an expensive one at that)

Most (if not all) of the negative issues mentioned in previous comments have been fixed. This game plays very well. Each game is very quick and no two are the same. I've played the card game version a few times and this app has made me appreciate just how strong it is. You can't stick to formulaic strategies because it depends on what cards come out. There is definitely a luck element to this, which some people might not like. Personally though I would recommend it. Mid-weight strategy. Fun
