I liked this game and it has good and interesting community, regular updates and rewards for even non paying players. feedback: 1. portrait mode, the world view is zoomed in too much and you can get a very small map covered, option to select the default zoom level. I always zoom out to max level that castles can be viewed with max map coverage. 2. there should be a way to discharge unutilized refugees and convert them to refugees upgrades. would love to see these updates. potrait mode is decent.

The game is good, but after 2 weeks of playing, I've noticed a lot of bugs that seem to put yourself in a disadvantage. I don't know if it's intended, but for example, whenever I battle people in arena, the game switches to my weakest troops without my input, so if you just spam the attack button, you'd later realize your battling with your weakest troops. Also, during Bonus Time, I achieved the reward but nothing was given to me. It kinda feels scammy.

Following the purchase of a product resembling "10 Fuel" (featuring a similar green background), I received 100 fuel units instead of the expected 100 cans (10 fuel units per can). This discrepancy is misleading and renders the purchase unsatisfactory. Furthermore, I have been attempting to resolve the loss of 1200 gems due to a technical glitch for over 10 days without receiving assistance or a response. This constitutes unacceptable customer service.
