Barring their timely delivery, there is nothing good about the app. Not only do they have very limited items to offer, their prices are always higher than those prevailing in the local market. Each time I have ordered onions, 4-5 of them turned out rotten. Besides, milk has also turned out bad many times within its shelf life. Its a complete waste. Better get stuff from the market yourself.

Bugs in the app: When a subscription has been updated and extra quantity of, say milk, is to be delivered next day, it never happens. It will reflect in the app about the updated quantity only to be disappointed the next day as items will not be delivered, but full price charged for those. Faced this multiple times, and it's always, I'm sorry, we will make sure this never happens again, blah blah Also, when they say they will deliver missing items within an hr, it never ever happens.

Worst experience. I have ordered a item which supposed to deliver on 12 Feb. But it was not delivered. When I reach out to customer care, they said, this item is not in stock and they can't deliver. I was surprised, how the app can show the item for sale if item in not in stock. The biggest joke is that, that item is still continuously showing available on App to purchase.
