This negative review is only here for one reason. I was on board train with my family and we decided to order some food using the app. The person from the designated hotel not only arrived very late but they provided some of the most dogsh*t food I have ever eaten, so much so that we had to throw away all of it and pretty much go on an empty stomach, they didn't even provide a receipt and neither did the online booking work and I had to call to order. And what's more there's no place where we could provide feedback or atleast seek for some sort of compensation, because at this point we just got duped, got served absolute cr*p. We would've been way way better off eating what was provided by the Train pantry.

Totally irresponsible handling of payment. I tried booking bus tickets. The amount was deducted, and on returning from payment gateway, there is no info of any transaction. I still have a booking in cart, asking me for payment. Got a refund anyway. Sends too much spam. Every single time you open the app, they send you multiple emails. What's the point? The app is pretty good for tracking train status and related stuff. Just don't trust them with any bookings, and anything that involves money

You messed up! "Cancel Ticket" option is not working. Everytime there is pop-up "Cannot perform this action". Also everytime I am trying to open "My Bookings", it's saying "Oops, something went wrong". Do you know what went wrong? Booking tickets from your app, paying additional fees and getting charged for cancelling the ticket because your app is not functioning properly. Who is going to bear the loss? You won't, will you?
