I am very disappointed with the customer service and the app itself. no one has responded to my email in over 2 weeks now. I've spent money on the yearly package, but you only get 1 video per week, which is a total rip-off because the photo edits I can't use for my business..I've also spent money on extra vids because the videos don't always come out correctly, like you can't even use them and have to pay more money to try and make them work, it's a total rip-off, nobody helps you

Don't purchase the weekly purchase because you just wanted to see what the app can do. It only offers on try a week for most items, and one generation turned me into a different race. Most pictures made my face disproportionate. It looked like a sticker of my face on a models body. In addition, most of the 1 try per week things came out SUPER UNREALISTIC. I do not recommend AT ALL!!! I can do the same thing with my cells picture editor.

Doesn't work as advertised. Most of the features I tried failed miserably. I couldn't even recognise myself in any of the AI rendered transformations (still photos and videos). also, even with a subscription your very limited in where you can generate within a given time frame, unless you want to spend more. Very disappointing.
