First of all I keep getting logged out of this App every day. Recently I started getting the error "Accounts Exceeded" - Your device has been used to login to , too many devices. I sent a mail to Ola Money Support. Mail Chain went on for 25 days. They gave me the same typical solution 20 times i.e to re-install the App. Despite telling these Bastards that solution is not working, they have not been able to provide a proper solution. I have stopped using the app permanently as I can't login.

I would give it a 0 star, if that was the option. I have added money into the wallet and I cannot use it or withdraw it ! Asked helped at their email team, but no ! They are taking forever to resolve the issue and my money is stuck in the wallet !!! Its been almost 2 months and still the issue has not been resolved !! Basically a pretty useless app that does not allow you to use your own bloody money !!!

It's painful to see that app always keep showing you the benefits of using ola money. However, the KYC never get approved only. Sadly, to add money to the wallet it took seconds but to use them a lifetime. It sucks that such a renowned brand like ola doesn't even have his proper customer service in place. The automated voice will tell you they're not available on a certain date in December when it's already February. The management must be sleeping on their job, it seems.
