The content is very superior. I really loved it. Best in the business even compared to other big names like Netflix. I unsubscribed the app after free trail, then they offered me at reduced price subscription per month, but after the free trail it is again asking me to subscribe at original price. That's too bad an experience. In my limited seven day period, I seen the best movies. I would like to subscribe if you offer me at the reduced price you offered me earlier.

I love the films. I absolutely hate the app. The app is an unintuitive mess. No searchbar. Can't just pause the movie, reply to a chat and pick up from where you left off. Downloads take forever. Using Chromecast is hit and miss. I will still continue using Mubi for the films but the app, the ui, even their webpage takes A LOT out of the experience. If there was an alternative provider of such eclectic movies, I would jump ship without a moment's notice.

The video quality is really bad. Such a bad user interface will scare your customers off. Me being one of them. I have a good internet connection and apps like Netflix, youtube, Amazon prime video etcetera work just fine. Also, there is no option to adjust the video quality because of which a lot of data is wasted. I'll definitely unsubscribe soon enough. Hate to put this review up but I have no choice.
