XBOX APP BETA AGREEMENT

The following terms supplement any software license terms that accompany the Xbox App beta.

FEEDBACK. If you give feedback about the Xbox App beta to Microsoft, you give to Microsoft, without charge, the right to use, share and commercialize your feedback in any way and for any purpose. You also give to third parties, without charge, any patent rights needed for their products, technologies and services to use or interface with any specific parts of a Microsoft software or service that includes the feedback. You will not give feedback that is subject to a license that requires Microsoft to license its software or documentation to third parties because we include your feedback in them. These rights survive this agreement.

This update includes Copilot for Gaming, the ultimate gaming sidekick, making gaming with Xbox seamless and more personalized. Copilot for Gaming is built on Microsoft Copilot, therefore your privacy settings and conversation history will reflect across experiences. Copilot for Gaming uses your Xbox activity, like your profile, play history, and achievements, to provide you with a tailored and relevant experience. Your chats with Copilot for Gaming will be used to personalize your chat experience and train the foundation AI model unless you choose to opt-out in your Xbox app privacy settings. To view, export, or delete your Copilot chats, sign in to your Microsoft Privacy Dashboard (https://account.microsoft.com/privacy) and select 'Copilot'. PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE. The Xbox App beta is a pre-release version. It may not operate properly or work the way a final version of the software will. We may change it for the final, commercial version. We also may not release a commercial version.
