I was a regular customer of meesho. Even ordered almost 25 items from them on one go for my room decor. However, had an issue with the delivery of one items, I was really sad to see how they responded to their regular customer and their issues. Customer service is horrible. I feel the products and prices are what makes the app worth using. Otherwise, I have never experienced such a negative customer service from a top website. Really saddened, now I'll think 10 times before before ordering.

I've been using meesho for years now. But recently I'm facing a lot of worst experiences with meesho. meesho's logistics Valmo is totally a waste. I've ordered many products. it's all lined up for delivery. But it's all been held in the hub and they didn't even try to deliver it. Even though they received the product earlier, there was no movement after that. they cancelled my product and returned it to the supplier, without even attempting to deliver it. solve my problem

Ordered wool from Meesho, expected in a week, tracking showed it was nearby by the weekend, but it was never delivered. Then it said “delayed,” and even after the new date, it didn’t arrive. Support said “looking into it,” then closed the ticket no way to contact them again. The seller was prompt, so it’s not their fault. The app is the problem. Cheap prices mean nothing if you get no help or product. Don’t trust this app
